The translation is valid only when attached to an existing driving license from Switzerland, France, Belgium, Germany, Monaco, and Taiwan. It cannot be used for converting to a Japanese driving license.
If any errors or omissions by the company cause the above issues, the company’s liability is limited to the cost of a replacement translation or a refund of the fees paid. The company is not responsible for any consequential losses, including but not limited to lost profits, rental fees, or fines.
Cancellation Rights:
By submitting an application online, you consent to the immediate processing of your application and waive any right to cancel. This is because Swiss law does not provide a right to cancel or exchange. The principle “pacta sunt servanda” (Latin for “agreements must be kept”) applies.
